cuñapés
One of my favorite things to eat from Santa Cruz. I'm still trying to get the recipe worked out, got them to look almost like the real deal but the taste and consistency are not there yet... will post the recipe here once its perfected.

they look a bit like cheese scones
ReplyDeleteyeah, these are made with tapioca starch/flour and tons of cheese. They're supposed to be kind of crusty on the outside and a bit gooey inside. I can't seem to get them just right yet..
